Salesforce has a TON of resources to get started. It's actually overwhelming. Where do I start?
Well, luckily, Salesforce has a program called the Salesforce Talent Alliance where they connect employers to candidates and focus on bringing new, diverse talent into the ecosystem.
Basically, if you are a job seeker, you should check out the Salesforce Talent Alliance's job seeker page for resources.
I came across a really robust list of Salesforce training programs put together by the talent alliance, but it's in a PDF presentation. I didn't see this list online, so I wanted to put it out there for you to see everything in one place.

Pathfinder is a workforce development program designed to train individuals from diverse backgrounds with the skills needed to earn certification as a Salesforce administrator or Salesforce developer.
Launched in 2018, Pathfinder serves community college students, veterans, and career changers in our Indianapolis and San Francisco hubs, with the aim to grow to global markets. Participants complete over 150 hours of technical and business skills training, receive career coaching and mentorship, and participate in events in the Trailblazer community.

TASK is a not for profit organisation created by Government of Telangana for bringing synergy among institutions of Government, Industry & Academia with an objective of offering quality human resources and services to the industry.
Creating value for students by granting access to modules for enhancing their technology, personal and organisation skills at highly subsidised costs. They forge partnerships with colleges to create environs conducive for growth through faculty development, research pilots and help colleges provide quality education for the leaders of tomorrow with focused systematic Programme. Their programmes help corporates gain access to a pool of trained graduates for suitable roles. Students are trained extensively in latest technology to help companies find the right candidate. With an MoU with Salesforce to connect students and job seekers to opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem, TASK has identified 50 engineering colleges who would benefit learning Salesforce, training the educators to teach Salesforce in classrooms and hep students connect to job opportunities through Salesforce partners and customers.

National Skills Development corporation (India)
NSDC aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. Further, the organisation provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives. Its mandate is also to enable support system which focuses on quality assurance, information systems and train the trainer academies either directly or through partnerships. NSDC acts as a catalyst in skill development by providing funding to enterprises, companies and organizations that provide skill training. It also develops appropriate models to enhance, support and coordinate private sector initiatives. Salesforce and NSDC have signed an MoU to bridge the skill gap of more than 500k job opportunities in India as per the IDC report.

Andhra Pradesh Trailing and Placement Officers Consortium (India)
APTPOC was created to create new methodologies to improve processes involved in screening, assessment of students during placement activity. Developing competencies required among student community through cost-effective knowledge sharing. More than 800 students have signed up to learn Salesforce and Become Job Ready Developers from 5 colleges as a pilot.

Advanced Skills Development Centres (India)
Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP) , a joint initiative of General and Higher Education Departments, was launched with an objective to impart quality skill education to the higher secondary / undergraduate students alongside their regular curriculum. Owing to the success of the program, attained over the years, the target group is widened to professional colleges and is now set to kick off community skilling through the Community Skill Parks.
ASAP’s inclusive skilling approach has paved way to innovative initiatives in the skilling arena. Funded by ADB, ASAP has now spread out its contour to 1210 educational institutions across the state. Since its inception, ASAP trained 1,63,944 students in more than 100 courses from different sectors. ICT Academy of Kerala (India)
ICT Academy of Kerala is a Social Enterprise created in a Public Private Partnership model (PPP) for imparting ICT skills to the youths of Kerala and improve their employability opportunities in the Industry. The Company is supported by Govt. of India , partnered by Govt. of Kerala and the IT industry. Piloting with approximately 20 colleges from the state of Kerala with educator trainings, students training and created new talent for the Salesforce Ecosystem.
