It is almost the end of the calendar year, so let's consider marking it with intention with our colleagues and collaborators!

Whether you are a fan of the holiday season or not, it is at this point at the end of the calendar year is when many teams stop to recognise the end of the work year. Reflecting, expressing thanks, celebrating and perhaps giving a gift as a symbol of their gratitude. In some cultures, Christmas is celebrated and gifts are given.
