ULI Minnesota's Community Development Council discusses missing middle housing, modular design and adaptive reuse

Thank you to our panelists and speakers who presented at our recent ULI Minnesota Community Development Council meeting. We had a great time at our recent community development council. Special thanks to our speakers for the session, Alex Frank, Beth Pfeifer and Aron Johnson. In addition to having an engaging conversation about missing middle housing, modular housing design and adaptive reuse, we also toured Assembly MN’s Sanctuary Lofts project.

We appreciate the leadership and energy our Community Development Council chairs, Karen Barton, Jill Hutmacher, and Bill Neuendorf, put into making this event a success!
