UK’s first female chief paramedic takes the helm at London Ambulance Service...

Hi Reader,

One of the drawbacks of a general election is the lack of new and interesting things coming out of government departments that we can write about and share with you. It doesn't stop the work of the emergency services, who continue to amaze me with the creative approaches to working with communities and celebrating success like our lead story about Pauline Cranmer QAM , who is the first woman to become a chief paramedic in any UK ambulance service.

?I'm busy putting together the content programme for this year's The Emergency Services Show and The Emergency Tech Show . Such a brilliant job, finding the gems and sharing them with you. Watch this space as we start to reveal this year's great CPDme Development for Life accredited sessions across four stages. Be sure to join us on 18 and 19 September and register for your free pass today.
