UKRAINE - Inquiries are key for NATO standards

My most recent article in Kyiv post on Inquiries. Quite simply, in the security and defence system far too many bad things go unchallenged and unquestioned. It is time that proper inquiries about major failures were instigated by government. I hope that this article will start some positive discussion.
