We also talk about the importance of measuring and reporting embodied carbon. Further, we introduce our one-day leadership programme 'Navigating Sustainability' for mid-level leaders.

During this insightful event, we will take a deep dive into the plans they have for a sustainable built environment and explore how we can insert our big policy ideas into the debate.

The attention of the built environment is increasingly shifting towards embodied carbon as a key issue that needs to be resolved on our journey to net zero.
To continue the journey to net zero, it is important to distinguish between operational carbon and embodied carbon to be able to target those emissions, as currently, embodied carbon makes up for 20% of the UK's built environment emissions, and it is being reduced at a much slower rate than operational carbon. That is the reason why it becomes essential to measure and report it accurately.
Navigating Sustainability is a one-day programme designed for mid-level leaders who don't have sustainability in their role.
During this programme you will have the opportunity to learn about ESG, Sustainability, Net Zero and many more concepts from this industry. The aim of this programme is to create a supportive environment to unpack the changing world of sustainability.
