What to expect:
The Recruitment Agency Expo, the best one yet? ??
What an amazing turnout at this year’s Recruitment Agency Expo in London. It was great to catch up with customers, partners and new companies throughout the two days. Still a challenging market out there for many, but there are certainly green shoots for 2024! ??
Big shout out to the team who were on their A game! ??
Hear what SourceWhale's new Product Marketing Manager, Andy Willetts , had to say about his Rec Expo debut:
“Having recently joined SourceWhale from outside the recruitment industry, the Expo was a fantastic opportunity to meet lots of the awesome vendors in our space, chat with recruiters about what’s going on in their worlds and get a sense of the big trends.
Unsurprisingly, AI and automation were two of the biggest themes of the show and it was fascinating to see all the different ways they are being employed to help recruiters spend more time on the human, relationship-building aspects of their roles that machines just can’t replace.
“Another big theme - at least among the recruiters I spoke to at the event - was the ongoing battle to bring in new business. It was brilliant to hear some of the great stories of how SourceWhale is helping with this.
All in all, it was a really valuable event and I look forward to next year’s Expo!"
SourceWhale’s debut at SIA ??
This month we had not one, but two industry events in both the UK and the US! Including our debut at Staffing Industry Analysts executive forum in Vegas! As well as having plenty of merch to give away ??, it was lovely to network with industry peers, chat with potential customers about our platform and work alongside our US colleagues in person!??

?? March has been a whirlwind at SourceWhale - egg hunts, expos, and guest talks! Let's dive into the highlights of our month - it's been a good one!?
??Pizza and Pack?
We needed to prep our merch for the Recruitment Expo and what better way to do it over a LOT of pizza. Pizza Pilgrims supplied the fuel we needed to pack 100+ tote bags for all those who visited our stand! There was even a mento in there - keeping it fresh!
???Behind the Mic?
Ben Cawood stepped behind the mic many times this month - you may have caught him:
?? Easter Egg Hunt
We had to get into the Easter mood, which means we had to get a lot of chocolate. The team had some fun taking part in an Easter Egg hunt in our UK office, the sought-after prize? A Golden Egg - which Hannah Chapman won! We also couldn’t resist giving our office sign an Easter glow-up ??
