Centre for Entrepreneurs Senior Fellow, Matthew Smith, and CEO, Timothy Barnes, say the UK startup landscape has changed since covid.

Almost 800,000 new businesses were registered in the UK in 2022, up 4.5% on the previous year, according to the?Centre for Entrepreneurs’ latest Business Startup Index .

Covid saw some sectors develop rapidly in the UK, like new workwear providers (think masks!), cleaning products (hand sanitizer), and pharmaceutical providers.?

CFE CEO,?Timothy Barnes, and Senior Fellow,?Matthew Smith, reveal which sectors have fallen off since the pandemic and which continue to grow.
