UK Offices Set To Remain Closed For Months

With the FT printing an article today saying the Government will announce this week that UK offices will remain closed for months, and employees will need to carry on working from home. This is going to put a huge strain on companies who are struggling to get their technology and workforce mobile.

The article goes on to say that the Government will be advising which businesses can return to work and is likely to say that the majority of white collar businesses, that work from offices, will be told to stay working from home. There is also a mention of businesses operating out of offices using the “red-blue” system. This is designed to rotate staff on a weekly basis allowing companies who need to have people working in the office to be able to function.
