UK Government is anti Covid Vaccination Certificates, but what about at Ticketed Events?

Although the government has declared Vaccination Certificates discriminatory it would seem that Certificate of Immunity (or Vaccination Certificate) would expedite the re-opening of all types of ticketed events from Live Music Festivals to Trade Shows. This is the route that CTS Eventim is proposing but this type of solution is available to Ticketing Agents, Site Management, Event Managers etc.

Whilst the cost of sending out RFID Cards is not to be ignored, once visitors, delegates etc are in possession of them they have multiple uses from a Vaccination Certificate, Track and Trace, a Ticket, Loyalty Card and more for multiple event use.

With encryption the data on the RFID Card is secure and can only be read using dedicated scanners providing a safe and easy to adopt solution to a range of challenges from touts to secondary ticketing and of course the knowledge that mass gatherings will be safe from Covid 19.

For visitors with valid reasons for not being vaccinated a screening test service can be deployed at the access points - extra cost but getting out from the pandemic is never going to be easy and cost free.
