UI (User Interface) Design:

• Focus: The visual elements and layout of a product that users interact with directly. This includes buttons, menus, icons, typography, and color schemes.
• Goal: To create an interface that is aesthetically pleasing, easy to understand, and user-friendly.
• Tasks: Visual design: Creating a visually appealing and consistent design language. Prototyping: Building interactive models to test and refine the user interface. Usability testing: Ensuring the interface is easy to navigate and use.

Analogy:

Think of UX design as the architect of a house, focusing on the overall structure, functionality, and user flow. UI design is like the interior decorator, making sure the house is visually appealing and comfortable to live in.
