UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) are two terms that are often used interchangeably , but they actually have different meanings. UI refers to the design of a digital product, such as a website or app, while UX refers to the overall experience that a user has when interacting with a product (literally any product).
What are the differences between UI and UX?
UI design is all about the look and feel of a digital design such as layout, colors, fonts, and buttons. The goal of UI design is to create a digital experience that is visually appealing and easy to use for the consumer. The key is to ensure that a user's digital interface is highly intuitive by examining the visual and interactive elements the user may encounter.

Good and bad UI and UX in the wild:
The Zara website stands out as the more notable example of unique UX design. Their interface, while seemingly clean and aesthetic, hides the various challenges encountered by customers when navigating the site, primarily due to issues with the navigation bar. The lack of UI design becomes apparent when searching for specific products or categories, as there is an overwhelming display of links and small font sizes, making it difficult to locate desired items. In terms of responsiveness the Zara site and app have a large amount of content to scroll through which inevitably leads to? long loading times causing user to lose interest in an item and leaving the site altogether. The zara site and app share many common issues and can be improved upon greatly and further enhance the customer experience and ensure smoother interactions and drive conversions.
