UHPC Desert sand binder and binder recipe for processing local desert sand

Everyone in the world is writing and proving that we have a global problem with our sand resources and that this problem gets worse. The construction boom is continuing worldwide and many Arab and Asian countries are lacking in sand. Sand prices are rising faster in some countries faster than energy prices.

It is mixed like normal concrete and achieves strength values of 50 - 110 MPa / 7250 - 15960 psi, depending on the desert sand content. UHPC Desert sand concrete is easily pumpable can be processed as castable or shotcrete. UHPC Desert sand concrete is absolutely salt water resistant. hhbc-consulting UHPC binder production has a current production capacity of approx. 1000 to per day.

UHPC Desert sand concrete is self-compacting and can be produced on customer request in such a way that it sets very quickly or slowly. Desert sand concrete, like any very good UHPC material quality, does not require any additional additives.
