Uhomes UniLiving Guide: Gravity Co-Living in Notting Hill.

Hey there!?

Bringing forward to you our newest edition of Uhomes UniLiving Guide. We will share our review and experiences of the property we visit for you to make an informed decision.

Our team recently explored Gravity Co-Living in Notting Hill an accommodation in London.?

From the moment we stepped into this Notting Hill student housing, one word that kept leaving our mouth was “wow”. Gravity Co Living transformed a Victorian style house in the centre of Notting Hill into 19 cosy, fully-furnished studios and 1-bed flats. Luxurious is definitely one word to describe this accommodation.?

What's great is that everything, from utility bills to council tax and bi-weekly cleaning, is covered in your monthly bill. The studios all come with ottoman double beds, stylish fitted kitchens, and state-of-the-art en-suite bathrooms with marble and matte black finishes. The views from the windows of the studio were absolutely stunning and the big windows let in so much natural light into the studio, which we loved.?

Now, there's no communal area in this specific Gravity co living space but their other buildings around the UK do come with it, so if that's your vibe check out the other locations they are in. Each studio is equipped with smart locks and temperature control, plus there's a community app for maintenance and student events like yoga and rock climbing.?

One aspect of this space that did put a damper on things was that the fridge doesn’t come with a freezer. But if this is something you can overlook, then this place is a great option. One thing we always do while we room tour, is check the water pressure and we can confidently say that the studios have excellent water pressure and also have loads of power outlets. And let's be real, you can never have too many plugs, are we right??

The location is unbeatable

  • With a 13-minute walk to Portobello Market, one of London's most famous markets,
  • A 10-minute walk to both Royal Oak and Westbourne Park stations
  • Offering easy access to the Central, Hammersmith and Circle lines.
  • Counted 3 pubs less than a 5 minute walk from the accommodation, which is a big bonus for anyone who enjoys post lecture drinks.?

Overall, Gravity Co-Living in Notting Hill is an outstanding choice for modern student living, blending luxury and practicality in a vibrant community atmosphere. Perfect for those who value their own space and convenience.?

See you next time!?
