Uh Oh!!!
Uh Oh!
The latest and greatest is in from the Trump vs Biden saga and it appears as though Trump has landed a body blow against Biden. Biden struck first with a fast right jab to Trump's jaw but then Trump came back with a quick left to the midsection. Unfortunately for Biden, Trump followed up with a quick uppercut to Biden's jaw by getting a "Special Master" to review the FBI and DOJ's actions regarding the raid on Mar-A-Lago. Despite the Departure of Justice's claims to have thoroughly inspected the evidence seized in the raid, the Judge decided that given the DOJ and FBI's history, it is probably a good idea to have an "independent" review of what was taken and why.
The Best Laid Plans of Mice and Men Often Go Awry!
And man oh man did these plans go awry! I'm pretty sure the FBI and DOJ thought they had matters under control as they "leaked" provocative photos intended to demonstrate how demonic Donald Trump truly is. They were probably thinking "let the American public see some dummied-up photos of important-looking stuff and they'll know that Donald Trump broke the law". The problem is that there are a lot of folks in the media who recognize the file covers for what they are ... file covers. Not actual files of important national security secrets but the covers office workers place on top of sensitive materials when someone walks into their cubicle. Big deal, huh? Ohhhhhhhhh ... yeahhhhhhh!
Change Your Focus?
What I don't understand is why the FBI and DOJ thought a Time Magazine cover photo of Donald Trump was a national security secret. If you look at the photo they shot of the "important secret documents" you'll also see, on the right side of the photo, a banker's box with a bunch of pictures taken off a wall, and the top framed picture is of a Time Magazine cover. I would think that a Time Magazine cover photo isn't exactly a national secret that needs to be confiscated from its owner. I mean when a couple few million folks get the picture in their mailbox, the jig is up, and the secret ain't so secret no more. Considering how much FBI agents get paid to look through and photograph evidence, you'd think somebody would have said something about it. I guess they were in too much of a hurry to do things properly. Big surprise.
"Trust Me."
What seemed to be the most critical factor in the judge's consideration of a Special Master was the Depleters of Justice claim that they had already reviewed all the documents and evidence and there was no need for further review. Yeah, right. Really? Would these be the same folks who combed through all the fake evidence used to get search warrants on Flynn, Navarro, Page, and others? You remember, the guys who falsified documents to get warrants so they could show home invasions of Trump aides with CNN standing by coincidentally? Yeah, those guys. So, trust pretty much flew out the window after those revelations as far as I was concerned. But the truth is that the FBI and DOJ haven't been trustworthy for a long, long time.
Remember when ...?
When Kevin Costner played the District Attorney from New Orleans who was investigating the Kennedy Assassination on his own, he gave an account of the lifestyle of J. Edgar Hoover that was pretty much dead nuts on. The guy was a FREAK! A transvestite homosexual drug-abusing drunk who ran the FBI for almost 37 years without challenge or investigation. How was that possible, you ask? Well, for one thing, J. Edgar had dirt on everyone in politics. He knew who did what to whom and when and how and which position they enjoyed the most. He had the photos, audio, and fingerprints of every dirty politician in Washington DC, and believe me, there have been a lot of dirty politicians from 1935 until 1972. That's why he had to die in office before a new Director could be considered. His files were his job security. The rumor is that when they buried the little bastard, he had all his dirty files put on microfiche and buried with him ... in case he needed them in hell.

So Far ... Not So Good
And now the latest and greatest edition of FBI Director is playing the same games as his predecessors, except this time he has hitched his wagon to the wrong star. Appointed by Donald Trump, Christopher Wray is no friend to conservatives or any of Trump's aides. The guy has presided over too many "fake" arrests and persecutions to be considered of value. And now the latest in a parade of parodies of justice has brought national attention, once again, to the antics and oppression doled out by the most vaunted law enforcement agency in America. A raid on a former President's home to secure paperwork that some government functionary thinks "might" be top secret. Sounds like the definite possibility of a firm maybe to me ... but not to the FBI! If that's all it takes to warrant an FBI raid by more than 100 agents and police, then God help us all.
Bye-bye FBI
When the FBI was created the world was a very different place. Criminals were running around willy-nilly across state lines and nobody knew what to do. Enter J. Edgar Hooter-dooter to create a "National" Police Force. Okay, that was then, but this is now and with the advent of computers and the internet, the need to coordinate individual state police activities is much, much easier. A bad guy robs a bank in Minnesota and heads for Wisconsin and before he can cross the county line everybody in law enforcement knows the who, what, where, when, how, and why. So why do we need the FBI? What was once, ain't no more, and the need for something as archaic and anachronistic as the FBI just doesn't exist as it once did. Cops can talk to cops, pull up records from police agencies all over the world, and figure out how to deal with the situation without having to have the FBI come in and tell them what to do. As a janitor of justice, the FBI could deal with a crime scene and gather evidence. But as the point of the spear in investigations, they're about as useful as tits on a bull.
"Private" Security
No, the FBI isn't a national police agency. It's a private security force working exclusively for the benefit of the Democratic Party. Why hasn't Hillary been investigated? Why hasn't Hunter been investigated? Why hasn't James Biden been investigated? The reason is not only obvious, but it's also necessary. Biden and his family are about as crooked as a dog's hind leg. Hillary and her family are no better. Hunter is, has been, and always will be a disaster when it comes to leaving a trail of criminal behavior in plain sight. And yet they all seem to be able to avoid being investigated for some pretty large crimes. The FBI has to be a private security firm for these losers so that the world doesn't realize how much of a third-world country the USA actually is ... from the top down. When the Secret Service is used to cover up crimes and criminal behavior, they cease being law enforcement and become gun-toting babysitters.
Clean House!
With all the falderal and fireworks surrounding the Mar-A-Lago raid, you'd think that the folks in the Democratic think tanks would have thought about what might happen if the whole raid thing went south on them. You know, a "worst case scenario" review of what they were planning. Apparently, nobody took a moment to consider that once you do this to a former President, it can happen again. To another former President. Like a former President named Biden once he's no longer protected by Executive Privilege. The phrase "Poetic Justice" comes to mind when I think about what's going to happen when things change and Trump is back in power. I don't think there will be a dumpster big enough to hold all the trash and detritus Trump will be cleaning out of every nook and cranny in Washington DC. Wray - gone and indicted. Pelosi - gone and indicted. Comey - gone and indicted. Lisa Page - gone and indicted. And the list goes on and on!
Being Choosy!
Selective enforcement has been the order of the day when it comes to the DOJ and FBI doing their sworn duties. It's okay to break the law and protest outside of a Supreme Court Justice's home but it is not okay to have a Time Magazine cover hanging on your wall. It's okay to come illegally into America but it's not okay to disagree with the administration about it. That's right, selective enforcement is one of the stalwarts of a third-world country. That and uncontrollable government spending. And then there's the venerable "staged" election that cements the fact that a government in place by deceit isn't a government at all. Choosing whom to prosecute and who not to prosecute takes all the mojo out of "Equal Justice Under Law". And using judges, juries, and other agents to make a mockery out of justice only reinforces the fact that there are two justice systems in America and that too is the trademark of a third-world country.
