The Ugly Truth About Your Agency Growth Plan

The Ugly Truth About Your Agency Growth Plan

Hold everything! Before anything, you need to know the facts about your agency's growth plan.

Sure, accumulating more customers is vital for a business’s growth. That’s what everybody says. That IS the conventional wisdom. But, is that all there is to it?

The na?ve belief that the only gauge of business success is the number of customers you have can lead to unfortunate results. Recklessly taking on more and more customers can be counterproductive – even disastrous – if proper systems and processes aren’t in place.

Imagine your business as a brick-and-mortar store that can comfortably service a maximum of 100 customers at once. Adding 50 more customers can make things tricky; service will lag; it’ll be harder for customers and employees to move around such a cramped structure. Letting in another 50 can cause cracks to form within the walls and columns, rendering the building structurally unsound. Eventually, the store will collapse from its own load.

Much like a physical structure, a business’s essential foundations, such as its teams, systems, and processes should be sturdy and prepared for growth and expansion. A multi-pronged development approach, one that targets all aspects of growth, is what every business needs.

There are even businesses that project a false veneer of growth. They may seem successful on the surface, but under the hood, you can tell that these agencies aren’t geared for real growth. These businesses may have many customers for now, but without any growth-preparedness mechanisms installed, they are in fact, faltering. Their owners and workers are overworked, stressed, and worn out.

Without expert intervention, these agencies will ultimately crumble from the stress that comes with unmanageable growth.

The Titan Mastermind lays the groundwork for your agency to handle and sustain growth, and scale efficiently. It employs the perfect growth model for any business, allowing owners to work less as their enterprises flourish more. The formula eliminates the predicament that many agency owners find themselves in: the incapability to adapt to and maintain growth.

The Titan Growth Sprint framework isn’t based on a one-size-fits-all formula. It involves personalized, one-on-one coaching that’s specifically tailored to your business. Top to bottom personnel will be trained on adopting a Growth Sprint mindset that’s aligned with the owner’s mission and purpose. As every business is different, approaches to business solutions should be customized.

However, this formula isn’t for those who are content with a passive income. I want to work with visionary agency owners that want to create a lasting impact on their agency, their company, and their community. I find it more fulfilling to work with owners with much grander intentions.

This means priming your agency for the big time, where the only limit to growth is your imagination.

The formula emphasizes the importance of teams that can perform exceptionally with little to no supervision. Focus is placed on the hiring, training, and management of additional personnel that can readily assimilate with existing teams to meet increasing demands. Importance is also given to internal processes and systems that will make the team doubly productive. Your agency will be able to meet bigger demands and undertake more ambitious projects without depleting its resources.

With Titan Growth, an agency owner will be provided the luxury of a high-generating, stress-free, and infinitely scalable business. Let your autonomously performing teams run the show while you’re sipping a pi?a colada by the beach in the Bahamas.

And yes, you can get as many customers as you want.

Your business will be more than ready for them.

Despite steady growth for his agency over the past couple of months, he felt exhausted and burned out. He was shackled to a 12-hour workday, thinking that getting even more clients would give him the revenue he was aiming for.

In this episode, we discuss the complexities of scaling as we separate the myths and fallacies from the hard truths of business scaling.
