We’re looking for a talented?UGC Manager to join our Marketing Team and contribute to building a community around our products. - Searching for and collaborating with micro-influencers and content creators on Fiver, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Development of creative concepts and briefs for creators that meet the product's goals and interest the target audience
- Coordination and controlling of the content creation process, ensuring its compliance with the standards of advertising creatives
- Collaboration with marketing and creative teams to integrate UGC into overall campaigns
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the created content and optimizing future projects
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in UGC and Influencer Marketing
- Experience managing content creators, micro-influencers, or running UGC campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing: understanding of social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and influencer marketing
- Creativity and analytical skills: ability to generate new ideas, analyze trends, and adapt strategies to market changes
- English language skills: B2 level or higher for effective communication with international partners
- Experience in copywriting
