#UGANDA POLICE ASKS FOR EYE WITNESSES OF MASKED GOONS

#Museveni and General #Kayihura know who the masked tormentors of innocent Ugandan citizens are. The so-called inquiries are a total waste of time.
Emerging reports indicate that the Ugandan police are unable to investigate the recent daylight beatings and torture of supporters of the FDC leader, Dr Kizza Besigye, on the streets of Kampala. It is obvious that the masked goons who beat up innocent civilians on the Streets of Kampala are part of General Kayihura's extensive network of torture gangs and Museveni himself knows who they are.
It is also well known that Museveni is the one who has ordered Kayihura to deploy the goons, and local police commanders, like Abbas Byakagaba and Godfrey Tayebwa, are fully aware of who the goons are, since it is they who supervise the activities of those goons.
So, let them not pretend not to know the obvious.
The so-called inquiries are a total waste of time, as the culprits cannot investigate themselves, and no one will dare investigate the role played by Museveni and Kayihura in the heinous events.
