UCX USA Announces Two New Co-Locations for September Event!

And you get a co-location; and you get a co-location; and you get a co-location!

I can hear Oprah’s voice like it was yesterday – and you get a car, and you get a car. The excitement was an 11 out of 10 and that’s how I feel about announcing the newest co-locations at UCX USA.?

Brace yourselves, folks! UCX USA, the ultimate extravaganza for unified communications and collaboration, audio visual, customer experience, and contact center professionals, is thrilled to announce not one, not two, but three amazing co-locations for our upcoming event on September 13-14th at Fairmont Austin in Austin, TX.

Get ready to join the excitement featuring events with the CPaaS Acceleration Alliance (CPAASAA), the Austin Women in Technology (AWT) and HETMA as they add to the UCX USA experience!

Where to begin? I was introduced to the CPAASAA through tech-influencer Evan Kirstel B2B TechFluencer . From there I was connected to a genuinely great group of leaders in Rob Kurver , Robert Galop , and Kevin Nethercott . It was an easy decision to bring their pitch competition to UCX USA.

During their pitch showcase, the crème de la crème of CPaaS industry use cases will be featured, brought to life with live demonstrations from all corners of the globe.

Mark your calendars for Thursday, September 14th from 1-2pm because that's when the showcase goes down. A panel of judges and attendees will rate these mind-blowing presentations based on innovation, ease of deployment, integrations, commercial relevance, and overall pizzazz. And, the winner will be crowned during a closing networking bash that's open to everyone. You don't want to miss this!?

What’s more, CPAASAA just released their highly anticipated 2023 State of CPaaS Report. Within it you can discover key factors propelling the CPaaS industry's growth to USD 100B by 2030, including market trends, new technologies, sales channels, and use cases. This report goes beyond technical analysis, focusing on commercialization and providing insights for executives, product planners, and revenue leaders.

But wait, there's more! Austin Women in Technology (AWT) is bringing their monthly meetup that regularly attracts more than 100 of the most influential women in Austin to UCX USA on Thursday, September 14th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

Get ready to dive headfirst into a Mentoring Workshop led by the fabulous Marny Lifshen - a marketing communications, branding, and networking guru. Trust us, this workshop will be hotter than a Texas summer.

You'll soak up priceless wisdom on building your professional networks and turbocharging your career development. All attendees are welcome to register and we’ll share that link as soon as it’s available! I can’t discuss AWT without sharing how incredible it has been to work with them. They’re led by their president, Heather Trumpfheller , who put me in touch Nicole Pletka and Paula Shepherd to finalize planning. They’re all women leaders in Austin tech and volunteers who believe in the power of community.

AWT and CPAASAA join HETMA who are also co-locating at UCX USA. HETMA leaders Joe Way, PhD, CTS , Erin Maher-Moran, Atkins Fleming, Ryan Gray and BC Hatchett are working to finalize the other Higher Ed Tech leaders who’ll round out the HETMA programming featuring sessions like: Lessons from Building a UCC-First Digital Campus Presentationl, Tips and Tricks for Success in Hybrid Instruction, Design for a UC&C Connected Campus and Using UC&C to Enable Effective Teaching & Learning. Plus, there will be special HETMA networking events.

Really, I can’t say enough about how easy (thank you all so much!!!!) and interesting it’s been to bring these events to UCX USA. Like I said, relationship building is the best part of the events community.
