Uber Bringing 'Price Lock' Feature

Uber is at it again—following in Lyft's footsteps.

This time, they may be rolling out a "Price Lock Pass."

In this segment of Show Me the Money Club, Sergio and Chris break down Uber’s potential Price Lock Pass that will give riders a locked-in price for rides that they frequently take.

For $2.99 a month, the pass will let riders cap fares for a specific route within a designated one-hour window, potentially saving them up to $50 per month.

While this may benefit frequent Uber users, it doesn’t look like it’ll do much for drivers’ earnings.
