Esteemed colleagues, dear friends, and honored guests,

Today is a day of celebration, one where we come together to congratulate our newly promoted faculty members. This occasion marks a significant milestone in their academic journeys, a moment when dedication, perseverance, and excellence come to fruition.

It is with great pleasure that I acknowledge and commend these outstanding individuals on behalf of the entire university. I would like to say a few words to them.
