UAE Delegation Led by HE Saif Mohamed Al Suwaidi visits BETA Technologies production facility in Vermont USA

UAE delegation, led by His Excellency Saif Mohamed Al Suwaidi, Director General of the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), visited BETA Technologies production facility in Vermont, USA. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Kyle Clark, Founder and CEO of BETA Technologies, who guided the tour through the facility’s advanced electric aircraft manufacturing process and explored future developments of the advanced air mobility sector.

During the visit, Mr. Clark underlined BETA’s significant achievements in revolutionizing aviation through their development of the ALIA CTOL (Conventional Takeoff and Landing) followed by ALIA VTOL (Vertical Takeoff and Landing) aircraft.

The tour showcased BETA’ production facility’s ’advanced assembly tooling and critical systems production lines including batteries and charging units, demonstrating substantial progress in delivering an all-electric aircraft to both Military and Civil sectors. The facility highlighted BETA’s commitment to aviation sustainability and innovation.
