Are u still looking to get in shape?
The Peak Performance Project... For men that demand more from themselves

Are u still looking to get in shape?

Here's the situation...

More than ever business owners are fighting a never ending battle of trying to become the best version of themselves.

Trying to be productive, focused and staying on track is tough when you also have to look after the family, get the bills paid and run the business too.

It’s hard - let's have that said straight off the bat

We live in a fast paced world where results matter and looks are more important than ever before.

We assess on what we see in front of us.

We're too busy to do anything else.

One of my clients said to me at the beginning of this year "I just know that if I don't look the part that I won't get the top job. I mean I wouldn't hire me looking like I do right now put it that way"

Out of shape is out of shape.

Stuck is stuck.

Plus no matter what there’s always something that gets in the way... a reason, an excuse, call it what you want.

It is what it is.

It soon becomes clear that this isn’t just a matter of going to the gym and eating broccoli everyday like you're told to either.

What's the answer?

Let’s discuss on this roasting Monday afternoon, and I promise I'll be quick.

I love the Seneca quote “Consciousness of wrongdoing is the first step to salvation”

It reminds me of how we can create real transformation and long term success.

In health, business and life.

To me this quote means that INSTEAD of looking for the next shiny object and silver bullet there’s a benefit in looking at what’s going on right now before making changes.

The opposite of what you hear right?

Just crazy!

Anyway a bit like when a mechanic looks under the bonnet, we want to do some diagnostic work before we change tyres that don’t need replacing.

Hopefully you're still with me at this point.

For example looking back when I first started coaching I didn’t know where to start.

I didn't know what to focus on or how it all worked...

But that said the reality was a few small tweaks here and there and I was flying.

I needed to make people offers to coach them, be okay with a bit of rejection and treat it all as a game – that’s it.

And here we are today :)

I couldn’t see the wood for the trees at the time.

I didn’t understand sales, how to market myself, have self belief or even know what coaching was.

I just needed a system and structure to help me learn and some accountability - that's all

Make sense?

Hopefully you can also see the parallels to where you are right now health wise now

Let’s say instead of marketing, sales, client delivery, admin and accounting you struggle with habits, routine, fitness, discipline and consistency... That sort of thing.

You want to look and feel you best but the issue is that business and work always come first.

In your 20’s you were super fit but you’ve let things slip over the past 5-10 years.

This is where it gets interesting

I’m the same - This is what I live for.

My mantra is “clients first, clients last” for a reason.

The testimonial below proves it :)

Give it a watch and if you're ready to take up one of my 2 spaces left for this month then message me to book a call today

If not all good

Either way

Happy Monday
