Provide them with guides, e-books, videos and articles. Offer them a free trial or demo to help them get to know your product better. Follow up with them regularly to keep their interest.
5. Sales Qualified Leads (SQL): The Decision-Making Champions

6. Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL): The Enthusiastic Storytellers
