  3. Scheduled Flows – Run at set times, such as daily or weekly, for recurring tasks.
  4. Business Process Flows – Guide users through a defined process, ensuring consistency.
  5. UI Flows (RPA) – Automate tasks in desktop applications or systems that don’t have APIs.
  6. Approval Flows – Streamline approval processes, requiring one or more approvals before proceeding.
