Tybee Island police make arrest in pier graffiti cas

YBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WTGS) — The Tybee Island Police Department (TIPD) has made an arrest in the Tybee Pier graffiti investigation. Detectives posted pictures of the damage on Facebook and reached out to the social media community for information. That post was shared over 800 times, resulting in numerous tips. Detectives identified Christopher Kuharik as a suspect through the tips they received. Kuharik was booked into the Chatham County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond.
