11 个月Ryan Berman I really like the way you framed this and it's such a simple way to think about how we are showing up! One of my favorite podcast guests this year was Catherine Mattice, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP who talks about how we all "show up in a fight or flight mode', and to your point, it's up to us to determine how we act in a given situation https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/workplace-bullying-a-failure-of-leadership/id1668210065?i=1000638173100
