You start off as a caterpillar, nurture into a beautiful butterfly and finally learn to spread your wings and start flying.
On Saturday, I happened to go back in time and visit my alma mater – SIBM, Pune.
Relishing back memories of the past only made me feel the transformation my college brought in me!
Today’s times have changed; our world is swiftly moving and has become a whirlpool of competition and dynamism.
Addressing students at SIBM; I reminisced about my college days...
I recommend today’s generation to focus on building relations because it is these relationships that will take you a long way. These days, more business is done on the golf course than board meetings. Connections are built forever...pay more heed to building connections rather than just business.
Work in a place where you feel radiant and content. Being passionate about your career is what makes all the difference. Don’t come to work, come to execute!
Learning to adapt yourself to the ever-changing situations and perspectives ensures agility.
Continually seek knowledge and growth opportunities to develop a learning mindset.
And last but not the least stay humble through the highs and lows of life!
Set the world on fire...
Boil the ocean...
Sore high like the winds...
But remember to be grounded to the earth!
