THE TWO YEARS: A Journey of Growth and Impact

I am happy to announce that I have successfully completed two years at Omantel as a Project Manager in the Digital Transformation program. It is an important milestone in my professional career. I have gained valuable experience working in the GCC region which adds more value to my profile. I have worked in multiple Telcos so far in my career Starting from Etisalat Lanka and Sri Lanka Telecom (SLTMobitel) gaining extensive knowledge in Telecommunication. And I have also worked in London Stock Exchange group gaining knowledge in the IT and Fintech industry.

Here are Some of the Key achievements and highlights so far:

1. Leading and completing 5-10 medium to high complexity projects (including key phases rolled out).
2. Managing end-to-end medium to large scale projects.
3. Working with international and local vendors.
4. Maintaining the quality of the output while creating high impact.
5. Gaining Program Management experience.
6. Becoming an expert in ClickUp. Recognised as an Ambassador of ClickUp.
7. Had the pleasure of working with multiple teams gaining more experience and exposure: Customer Experience, Marketing, IT & Innovation, Retail, Human Resource, Call Centre, etc.
8. Knowledge sharing and training to internal teams.
9. Contribute to workshops and sessions that were carried out internally and externally.
10. Learning to work with a smile in face, no matter how difficult or challenging the situation is.

I would like to thank all the people who helped me in getting the job and for all the collogues who are working with me for all the support extended by them.
