Two weeks to go...

Before I get into the update, if there is anyone out there in graphic design that feels like helping me design a better logo/brand identity for our event please do ping me a note. We'll consider the atrocity that is currently emblazoning the header of this post as a temporary, stand in, placeholder!!!

I am very excited to announce that we have very nearly finalised the attendance list - I just need to confirm a few more people. Kathryn and I caught up last week to discuss how we will be facilitating the event and will be sharing more detail next week to help those attending to prepare. For those unable to attend the event we are also thinking through how we bring your voice into the room and more importantly give you the opportunity to contribute to the output we develop after the event.

Our focus on the hackathon will be to identify the biggest barriers and challenges to job share against each of the six questions. We'll then start the development of our ideas and solutions to those challenges. The aim is to produce a guide for any organisation interested in considering job share on some powerful crowd sourced ideas on how to get started.
