Two Valuable Property Buyers Checklists

Two Valuable Property Buyers Checklists

I have put together two checklists for property buyers to go through. In the hope these lists save time and energy it takes to buy. Buyers can then start an investment portfolio or stop paying rent.

In our industry we now see a trend; buyers are sending messages to know the price of a property they could be interested in.

Once having the indicative price or price range, they either rule out the property they liked the pictures of over the net OR if the price meets their budget, they think they can do better with the same budget.

Over 16 years of experience in this industry buyers who solely rely on price over the net take years to decide towards buying. Don’t get me wrong they sincerely do wish to buy, they do searches and research on properties in the comfort of their home or desk, and the same buyers rarely make the efforts to view properties and after spending hours scrolling for properties will rarely end up with a list of properties to view.

With that in mind, hopefully the house hunting and personal home evaluation checklists will help buyers to shortlist the properties which suit them and use property websites price filters to find the ones within their budgets.

In saying that, the key to buying the right property is to physically view the ones which fits the list of personal criteria and to remember that about selling price; only when the property sells that buyer are able to know the price. And the buyer who really lands a bargain is the one who does the leg work, make a list and therefore is confident when putting pen to paper.

Here are the links, no email address required. They can be filled online, download or print.
