Two Things People Hate:- Change And Things Remaining As They Are!

It's a jokey phrase, but has a lot of meaning. I would like to add more to it. People hate change that is forced upon them, and they hate things that they cannot change. Not as snappy, not as funny but makes it all a bit more accurate.

Openreach are changing the rules, the legacy phone platform that has been ticking over since years before the inception of BT is on its last legs and the UK is switching over to IP. This is a forced change. To some residentials it will be a forced change to a constant that has been in place for a lifetime. It may just mean that they get a new box to plug in the wall, but for some it will mean that they have to get he internet which they may have been avoiding as they don't understand what it is (I am thinking of my own mother who definitely does not want the internet but likes iPlayer and Netflix)

For businesses there are changes - and this is the nitty gritty. I have seen end users forced into long term contracts because they have to move. Forced to ditch legacy equipment which was working fine, and pay a monthly fee per phone for phones that have to be there but are never used for inbound or outbound call charges.

At NTA we provide a variety of models to our partners and allow them to pick and choose which model is right for their end user on an end user basis. From a "wires only" (why are you paying for things you will never need- why does a door entry unit need 5000 mins per month?), to bundles which have masses included. How you charge your customers is up to you, but remember they don't like change. So if you can offer what they have at the moment for the same price they are most likely going to be very happy.

Get in touch if you want to offer them something that will fit them.
