Two teaching styles I apply and that ranked me among the best trainers in UAE

1- By nature, people are resistant to change and prefer to use the method they already know, and feel reluctant to learn something new. As a trainer, it is my duty to convince them by explaining the problem that they currently face, the reason for which the method they currently use is wrong, and then introduce the new concept that we need to learn.

2- Throughout the course, I as a trainer explain numerous topics and applicable methods, but that is not enough. To make the participants understand better, you have to make a comparison among these methods. Explain the advantages and disadvantages of each one. Engage them by asking questions like when or in which scenario do I use this method? When to use the other one? What happens if I used this method here instead of the other? Will it give the same result?

By following these two styles, you are not only educating your participants, but you are also making them leaders and capable of taking correct decisions in the future.
