Two Questions Consumers Ask

There are only two questions that people ask when they first get on a website. You'll naturally notice that you're probably doing this every time you go to a website. The first question they ask is ‘Am I in the right place?’ For example:

‘I'm looking for a therapist that helps with eating disorders. I can't tell if this website is a massage therapist, or a physical therapist? I can't tell if it's a funeral home, because it's just a tree and it says ‘Life Can Be Better’.’

Nobody cares if life can be better if it's not what they're looking for. The next question is ‘Can this person help me?’ So, you want to quickly answer that question! For example, if you were looking to help someone with an eating disorder, you could say on your website, ‘I have a history of helping people with eating disorders’. You could also include some frequently asked questions about eating disorders to help connect with the ideal client.
