To facilitate this project, we secured flexible financing with a two-year term that includes an earn-out provision. This allows our clients to access funds as needed throughout the project's progression, ensuring they have the liquidity to effectively manage construction and development. The loan is structured to cover up to 70% of Loan to Cost, providing our clients with the necessary resources to realize their vision.
