Two Organizations are Currently Using The Highly Effective Human Service Managers Program

One agency with 35 managers is using the program and another one with 115 managers just purchased it because they want something with a long-term focus for management staff.

The Main Components of the Program and Why Your Agency Should Take a Close Look:

1. 12 monthly modules based on chapters of The Highly Effective Human Service Managers book (participants read selected chapters before the monthly meeting).
2. Participants attend the 30-60 monthly module meeting where they review concepts from the chapters and engage in discussions on how they can implement these strategies and tools into their routines.
3. After the monthly module meetings participants complete weekly workbook activities that allow for deeper reflection and opportunity to demonstrate new skills. Participant supervisors should review the workbook activities monthly and provide feedback as needed.

The module presentations are already prepared and come complete with facilitator guides. All your agency needs to do is assign a person or a team of people to lead the meetings. I work with you behind the scenes to provide the needed support.
