Two New Ways to Work With Me

I've been "out of the game" of coaching, facilitating, and teaching for the last couple of years. Sure, I did some of each here and there—a girl's gotta pay the bills—but it was totally without any idea of building something bigger or ongoing.
And while I'm still being cautious with my capacity and well-being, I feel increasingly drawn to start thinking about what's next.
For me, "what's next" has always come from:
That leads me to two new ways to work with me.
Work In Practice
First, this fall, I'm leading a small group of practitioners (coaches, consultants, managers, mentors, and guides of all kinds):
Work In Practice is a 12-week program combining teaching, discussion, and reflection designed to illuminate the stories and systems that influence how we work.
This program is both theoretical and practical. We'll talk ideas and how those ideas intersect with actual client/team member situations.
If you work with people who are chronically overworking, overcommitted, and overscheduling,?Work In Practice?will help you support their behavior change. If you work with people who?say?they’re done with the gospel of productivity or the ritual of the 10-hour workday but can’t seem to shake it,?Work In Practice?will give you tools to help them do deeper and actually do things differently.

Insight Intensives
Second, the way I've most enjoyed working with people one-on-one is laser-focused intervention. Tell me what you're thinking about, let me do some initial research & thinking, and then go live to dig into the issue and determine the way forward.
But I haven't offered this kind of container in almost a decade!
So I've decided to bring back an oldie-but-goodie—the Insight Intensive.
This is a 75-minute strategy session (also available as an asynchronous engagement) where we work on whatever is on your mind work-wise or business-wise.
I'm available to work with you on a variety of concerns, but here are a few popular reasons people want to work with me:
My capacity for 1:1 work is very limited, and I'm considering this a trial run to see how this work fits into the rest of what I'm doing. I tell you this not because I'm interested in creating false scarcity but because I want to model taking care of myself while still in burnout recovery.
As always, my greatest joy in the work I do is how much I can offer free of charge and accessible 24/7. I mean that!
My work is designed so that if even 1% of the people who read or listen to What Works want to go deeper, it's sustainable.
So if you're in the 99% that's pleased with what they get for free, I'm thrilled to continue to offer that to you.
If you're in that 1%, I hope one of these options works for you!
Supporting me and my work on Substack is always available, too.
