Two new Graduate Surveyors join the Hurstwood Team

Hurstwood and Crystal are pleased to welcome two new recruits to the young team; Chloe Ellerby, who is joining the Sales Team, and Rebecca Rouse, who is joining the Estates Management Team.
Chloe Ellerby, 23, originally from Anglesey and Rebecca Rouse, 24, originally from Loughborough, have both joined the Hurstwood team.
Chloe graduated from Liverpool John Moores University gaining a BA (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management and is currently working towards her APC.
Having previously worked at JLL as a residential graduate surveyor. She has already gained substantial residential experience by assisting in a wide range of residential consultancy roles across the North West for both public and private clients by carrying out valuations for loan security purposes, large residential portfolios, and residential development sites.
In her role as a Graduate Surveyor on the Sales Team at Hurstwood Holdings, Chloe’s main duties include negotiating commercial and residential lettings across the 100 site portfolio.
Rebecca Rouse, 24 is originally from Loughborough, Leicestershire and has a degree in German and Business from Leeds Metropolitan University. Rebecca went on to study and has recently completed a masters in Real Estate Asset Management MSc at the University of Manchester.
Whilst completing her masters Rebecca has worked in a client focused role at a serviced office company and has spent short periods working within residential valuations and facilities management teams.
In her role as a Graduate Surveyor in the estates management team at Hurstwood Holdings, Rebeccas main duties include negotiating lease renewals across the site portfolio, reactive maintenance, tenant communication and assisting on various development projects.
