Two Minutes On...Communications Planning

Two Minutes On...Communications Planning

Welcome to the first in a genuinely irregular series from me on a range of communications topics. Though most PR folks prefer to be behind the camera (they always told me I had a face for radio), it was nice to sit down and get my thoughts together.

This video looks at my approach to communications planning. This is a big topic, one that deserves more than two minutes. But I am able to cover my three step method for planning, and bridging the gap between strategy, tactics and metrics. Just for fun, I throw in a couple of case studies.

Naturally, I'd welcome thoughts on this video. And if you like it, 'Like' it, love it, 'Share' it and REALLY love it, share and comment. And if you'd like to talk PR, Communications, B2B tech or rugby, give me a shout.

Special thanks to Konstantinos Papakonstantinou and the team at https://boardstudios.com/ who made me look so much better. And for more B2B advice and content, take a look at https://b2bnxt.com/.
