Two Minds

Every company, organization and leader understands the importance of 3P's - Purpose, People and Process. While purpose and process revolve around industry and time, the people fabric determines the culture & existence of an organization. The human mind and its perspectives constantly evolved from the time of human birth. I've recently learned about various mindsets and how professions evolved based on this philosophy from the book, Principals by Ray Dalio.
The interesting fact is, every company and organization require each of this mindset to thrive and survive. Leaders who map right minds to right roles will succeed in building great careers, be a hub of attracting amazing talent, and will lead growth trajectories.
This is my effort to represent my learnings in a format which is easily consumable. The key takeaway is to understand the existence of different minds, seeing the world from another person's point of view and finding a path that's mutually agreeable.

3 年Excellent book. The bottom line is every single individual is his/her own universe and it will succeed as long as it keeps an open mind. In my opinion: Believe, Will, and Commitment are key soft skills that will contribute to the success of the team.? Happy New Year, in between we have a pending chat.
