A curated display of artwork is featured in the building that complements and accompanies the modern high-end features found throughout the community. Home to a secret speakeasy bar amenity behind a bookcase on the ground floor and a top-level French bistro kitchen with views that overlook Seattle Center and Lake Union, Siteline provides a one-of-a-kind experience in the heart of Downtown Seattle.
Siteline comprises of 214 residential units with a mix of studio, 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartment homes, with 43 of the apartment homes participating in Seattle’s MFTE multifamily housing program. As MainStreet’s first Salmon-Safe project, Siteline was built with special attention to water quality protection and advancing climate resiliency. Designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification, the project provides stepped bio-retention planters and green space to deliver a healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green building.
