Trade mark tips for new businesses
Throughout March, our trade mark attorney Rachel Havard shared some useful tips for new businesses or those updating their company name or branding.

EPO now accept Digital Signatures!
Traditionally the European Patent Office (EPO) have required documentation to be hand signed, in ink.
From 1 April 2024, text string signatures and digital signatures are accepted by the EPO which will simplify and speed up processes.
