Two great product marketing managers

I am friends with two outstanding software product marketing managers who are about to come onto the market. Both are extremely bright, versatile, and great team members. The company they were at is changing direction, so they need to find new roles. One of them is a great team leader who also happily does individual contributor work; the other is a very energetic and promising individual contributor.
