TWAI Acquires GoQuo, Matt Zito M&A Broker on Sale

Matt Zito served as the M&A Broker on the Acquisition of GoQuo’s airline.com booking engine technology to TWAI.

GoQuo, a leading travel technology company based in Malaysia and India, provides IBEs, or online booking engine technology for airlines. GoQuo has multiple airline customers and offers B2C/B2B airline booking engine, APIs, and payment solutions.

TWAI is a leading travel technology company based in the US with offices and software development teams in India. Post the acquisition TWAI will continue to serve GoQuo’s airline customers and retain the 18 employees in the India office.
