State of Washington v. Richard N. Phillips: Appeal challenging the sufficiency of the evidence as to drive-by shooting, admission of ballistics identification evidence at trial, and presenting a 2nd?Amendment challenge to Washington’s disarming statutes based on felony convictions.

John Kindt et ano v. Greg Cunningham et ano: In this property dispute between neighbors, Kindt claims substantial evidence does not support the jury’s verdicts which quieted title in Cunningham’s favor. He also asserts the judge erred by entering judgment when the jury was not presented with a legal description of the property awarded, and he argues the trial was unfair based on implicit racial bias.?

In re Estate of Walters: Michael Walters died and left his home to Nicholas Aldrich Sr. through his will. Walters’s sister, Teri Beede, challenged the will as the product of undue influence and appeals the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in Aldrich’s favor. She also challenges the trial court’s grant of attorney fees to Aldrich.
