Michael Lee Dudley: Dudley appeals his conviction of two counts of intentional second degree murder with firearm enhancements.?Dudley argues the trial court erred by denying his CrR 8.3 motion to dismiss, by denying his motion to suppress cell phone location evidence, and by granting the exclusion of other suspect evidence.?Dudley also asserts prosecutorial misconduct and improper comment by the State, and seeks to strike certain legal financial obligations.

Personal Restraint Petition of Navin A Milko: Milko filed a personal restraint petition asserting ten grounds for relief.?Thereafter, Milko filed a?supplemental brief claiming insufficient evidence, an offender score error, and that his exceptional sentence (based in part on his out-of-state convictions) is unlawful.

State of Washington v. Aeurlious E. Drayton: Drayton appeals his convictions and sentences for attempted human trafficking in the second degree, rape of a child in the second degree, and promoting commercial sexual abuse of a minor.?

Moore Trust, et al. v. Glenn Wiley Grubbs III and Tamara McMillan: This matter concerns a property boundary dispute between Moore and Grubbs/McMillan, which resolved on summary judgment.?
