10:30am Pease & Sons Inc. v Turner Construction Company: Was Pease’s claim timely, was the subcontract limitation period enforceable, did Turner have notice of Pease’s overtime claims, did Pease waive its claims through lien releases, did the “pay-if-paid” clause limit Pease’s recovery, did the trial court properly award attorney fees, and is either party entitled to appellate attorney fees?

11am State of WA v Anthony L. Lee: Lee appeals two assault convictions. He argues that the trial court improperly commented on the evidence, that the trial court gave an instruction allowing the jury to convict him of a crime with which he was not charged, and that his two convictions violate double jeopardy.
