I thank Jon Morris, who has a passion for brining people together and finding different alternatives to build the dynamic experience for society. In addition to this his business innovation started with Ana Constantino.

It became a mission to help build the feeling, staying connected to enjoy the moment and remember it forever!

There was an importance to incorporate how individuals can connect within that moment and be able to understand more about the value of online presence. As The business developed and we wanted to help those attending physically and virtually to build a network, remember the moment and make it easy for access for large gatherings.

It all started from the experiences that Jon built up within the acting field. To then joining hands with a partner. Which was an idea then a demo and now it has become reality.

This goes to shows that creativity can be seen in many forms it all depends towards how you consider developing or improving the solution to match societies needs.

I once asked my mentor Samuel Richards a few years ago, how can an individual become known in the industry they work within or become an innovator to help provide a solution to global socio-political issues.

Response:

Understand the world first, then go change it. As it will help you find the loopholes and explore what is in front of the naked eye. Then you can plant your seed and grow effectively for a longer period.

Jon helped me to develop a better understanding of how one should not worry about sticking to one idea. Why? Because it is quite difficult to find passion in one innovation, and it will only limit you. Therefore, you will get distracted unless you try to explore different avenues and streams and learn from different cultures. It will help you find how emotions connect and what works and what does not work. That is effective

That does not mean you should not listen or not be willing to explore but build on top of your expertise, and passion and understand how you can direct your education to meet the daily needs of society or a country.

Jon explained it took 24 years to build the success, but until now I am hustling. Ironic right.

"You must think I am settled and in a comfortable position. I am not because what will happen tomorrow is unpredictable. Therefore, my growth is how I take action to develop within the moment and keep innovating to find solutions for society's needs. Which I and my team have"!

It started with me becoming an actor and a creative consultant designer, to then understanding more about how we can collaborate or have our emotions become one.

"I and my good friend Ana Constantino then built Windmill Factory that is a studio.

It is a experience studio for voices to be heard and networking to become simpler with how and when you can meet the individual in person or online presence. To be honest, I thank my experiences within the entertainment industry for shining some light and becoming a guiding point to reaching the position that I am in today.

I write autobiographies and do networking, I never expected to become a writer or ask questions to learn about individuals. My experiences were never clear, or my direction in my career. However, being curious always helped me understand my bliss and find the why, how, and when. That became my go-to!

To plant a seed is easy, but to grow and sustain is not the easiest.

Within our interview, what I loved about Jon was their charisma and dedication and how he plans to restructure technology advancements with the use of an online presence for all experts from different industries:

After sometime within the covid pandemic situation NOWHERE which involved additional perks for society and meetings to have more fun. With the use of AI and virtual reality. It became a way to help collaborations become harmonious and a way to find peace for people to connect and save memories from what happened yesterday.

" The plan was to develop the cultural experience and change the framework of media and video chat. Most of all, I wanted to awaken the dream so that individuals can feel part of something greater. It was more towards living the dream!"

It took 24 years of hustle. Furthermore, it took 24 years of cultivating innovation to its finest. And it took 24 years to understand the human touch. His experience has a long way to go, and yet nothing is impossible if you put your mind and heart into envisioning it.

You, too, can become someone who challenges the status quo, as he has! Who knows the most unfortunate event of the pandemic opened up new doors for success. We all had to restart from the surface somewhere at some point.
