I myself have also been living with (Not Suffering from ) dementia for nearly ten years. This year, along with my QWRAD co-founders Wayne Mesker and Jane Moore (Copied in ) we hold our THIRD annual WRAD (World Rocks Against dementia " ) on March 24th, 2018 and it without a doubt the biggest dementia awareness raising event in the world, WHY ??

because this year it involves

19 Countries, over 5 continents holding 80 Musically connected events !!

Every year we get bigger and bigger and this year we have CHINA joining us which is a great Coup

Why haven't the UK Global Nationals picked up on this ?? I have no idea to be honest, maybe because dementia is not a "sexy" subject as they say, YES its true we have no superstars or ROCK stars putting their name to it (This is where we are hoping you can help with the publicity) but what we do have is thousands upon thousands of ordinary people from all walks of life all over the globe coming together over one weekend to make a difference to those with dementia and help, others in their time of need.

That cant be too bad can it and surely that makes great "Feel Good news?"

We are URGING ALL who work in TV / Radio / Newspapers/magazines / Supplements areas to please give this wonderful event the publicity it so deserves
