Recently, TUV inspectors conducted on-site inspections of two kiln tyres exported to Indonesia. This is the state after machining is finished. After the machining is finished, we conduct strict self-inspection on the kiln tyres and make it meet the drawing requirements.
According to the product quality inspection plan approved by the customer, it includes dimensional inspection and visual inspection. After inspection, the quality is qualified. The two kiln tyres will undergo the next step of rust prevention and packaging.
The weight of a single forged wheel belt is 10173Kg. Our large-scale production equipment and extensive manufacturing capabilities enable us to produce tire weights up to 100 tons.
